Yo , 

I'm trying to lunch my shopify store but the credit card is still a problem for me too .

that makes it to of us struggling with the same problem 😒 .

Anyway I want to lunch my shopify store soon but struggling with credit cards and stuff like that , I'm planning on getting a paysera visa card and trying it out cause I ran out of options 😑 . 

And I think that , shopify accepting the card or not , is just a matter of luck because it's a prepaid card and shopify accepts them sometimes and sometimes not . 

And I think it depends on the location , the issuer or the card and technical aspects like that so if you try it out or find a solution please let me know cuz apparently we're having the same problem 😢

Hey everyone , 

I'm trying to start my Dropshipping career with shopify but due to my location , it's almost impossible for me to get a credit card or get help from someone who have one ,

So my question is : have anybody tried paying for a shopify plan with a virtual credit card of any sort or a prepaid card he got online from banks like neteller , payoneer , paysera or similar banks , any related informations can be useful .

Hi all. I have spent many months developing a store for a client in France. It is in French. Shopify is supposed to support multiple languages. I set the store to French.. then I discovered after several sales that THE ENTIRE set of default communications.. all the confirmation and shipping emails etc are NOT IN FRENCH. As I understand it Shopify is a Canadian company. A country with millions of French speakers. I would love to know where I can access the French versions of all the customer communications forms. 

To set the stores language to French yet not the stores communications with customers is a bad move. My client has been online since 2004 and has 1000s of customers.. many rural French speakers. They have been recieving emails in a foreign language.. English. And may not order again. What can Shopify do about this? Do I really need to rewrite all Comms or are there templates available.

Force a shipping option based on the payment option? Afterpay requires tracking but not all customers select the tracked option! by Nicola Cann

Hi all!
I'm setting up Afterpay on my website and afterpay requires that you post with tracking (and also with larger orders I prefer to ship with tracking anyway) and was wondering if there was a way to require that if the customer is paying with Afterpay that they select the tracked shipping option (rather than the cheaper untracked shipping) ?

Hi, Michael!

Ted here from Shopify. :-) 

Can you check the "Settings > Checkout" settings in your store and make sure that our system is not auto fulfilling your orders automatically as shown in this guide? If this section is set up correctly, have you an app installed that might be affecting the order? It normally will advise you of this at the bottom of the order, within the order history/timeline as shown here. If this is the case, let me know what app has fulfilled the order and I'll look into this further for you.

(Import) Bulk European carrier rates by Sara Ferrao

Hi, 

We are based in Portugal and we export mainly for EU countrys and so we have thusands of different rates for different countrys and different zip codes. Our carrier doesnt't have any API or APP or Plugin , so we would like to know if there is any way to import (bulk) this information to Shopify Shipping rates area. Any App, API or plugin available for Portugal ? We have the basic plan. Thank you

Hello! I'm working with a 3rd party to complete the product that I'm selling. They will also end up doing the shipping to the consumer. I'm looking for a way to have automatically have a shipping label purchased through Shopify (or a 3rd party) and have both the order details AND shipping label emailed in 1 email with a PDF shipping label attached to the 3rd parties respective email to fulfill the order and ship. 

It doesn't make sense to manually order a shipping label and then make an email where I attach the shipping label and order information. 

I also don't want to burden the 3rd party with having to get the automatic order details via the custom fulfillment option Shopify gives but have to print a USPS label and then provide tracking information back into the system or to me for the consumer. 

Attempting to streamline this as much as possible. All fullfilment apps that I have found are based on you using that specific companies warehouse which is not a viable option due to the time sensitivitiy around the products being sold.

Any insight on how to do this or apps to use would be great!

It looks like a "digital download" had inadvertently been configured for a physical product.  I'll just have to ship the product "by hand", as its already marked as shipped.

Hey, Sara!

Sadly, Shopify has just the API to read Shipping zones for now but doesn't have the ability to save or create them.

As soon as there will be an API for this, I will be the first to make the bulk importing for those in the Excelify.io app...

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles getting a credit card. I know that can't be fun. Currently, Shopify only accepts full credit cards as a method of payment for Shopify plans/subscriptions.

We know this is a huge pain-point for many of out merchants across the world, and in the name of making commerce better for everyone, globally, it's definitely something our development team has in mind.

Thank you very much Maris. So i have to insert all of the different carrier rates for the different countries and provinces manually, right? There's no other chance? Even on the others advanced ed shopify Plans ?

Sara, that's actually a good idea you mentioned about another "plan" - to ask Shopify Support in the chat if they have some Shipping Zone bulk import capabilities in the Shopify Plus maybe.

I have heard that there are some crazy tricks there, but I haven't seen for myself. :P

We are working on a side project and I am trying to get an idea of the various options available  to sell it when it is launched.

It will a digital download product. Most of our customers will be in the US and perhaps some in Europe.

We want to price the product in US dollars by default, even though we are based here in Canada.

Can a basic Shopify store do this?

I've client that move from Magento to Shopify and I helped them connect with 2checkout successfully.

I suggest you tell 2checkout that you just start ecommerce business and no transaction then propose other information and documents that they need for them to consider to approve.

Adding our vote. We would REALLY like to be able to be paid bi-monthly, or monthly. Can someone with Shopify speak to whether this is being considered to change or not??

I suggest you contact your local payment gateway to connect with Shopify too.

In Thailand I contact some of local payment gateway for 3-4 years and follow up with them and now they said that the beta version can be tested this March.

Yes, you shall contact each suppliers for the documents.

Can you told them that you just start and don't have 6 months invoices, I want to know that 2checkout will have another solutions or not? 

I also help clients set up payment gateway and also have many clients tell me about that they don't have transaction or invoices because they just start selling like you and my clients that get approved they mostly used to sell on other platform or they're company.

When my clients get approved I helped them connect wi่th Shopify, if they can't do it themselves.

I got an order today, and on the shopify dashboard menu I clicked on orders. I then proceeded to click the "order number link". Then i clicked on the buy label and ship item, and then followed the steps and now the order says "fulfilled". My question is the following: Does that mean that the product is sent? or do i still need to do the oberlo steps?
