I just wanted to cross-post this reply from your other thread in case another customer has a similar issue...
I had a look, and this is a common misconception amongst people who use PayPal Express as their only gateway. While it's true that shipping charges are not reflected in the PayPal portion of the checkout process, this is only an intermediary step. After the customer authorizes the payment via PayPal, they are returned to Shopify's checkout server to finalize the process and actually pay for the order. It is at this point that shipping (and any applicable taxes) are added on to the order, and the customer has to authorize the full amount of the order prior to the order being completed.
Once the customer completes step 2, the entire order is charged, including shipping and taxes, and this amount is the amount that goes into your PayPal account.
In short, you haven't done anything wrong at all! Your shipping looks great.
