Hi guys,
I hope that some clever person can help! I'm currently selling globally and successfully, however more and more recently I'm receiving orders that won't fully complete.
My customers get to the checkout stage and then receive an banner notice saying:
"Shipping rate problems with order no******"
They are then referred back to me via a link, at this point I then receive an automated email from the store saying this
'P.S: This order's total weight is 10.0 lbs and the shipping address is in Cumbria, United Kingdom'
I've carefully read every page of the user manual however I still can't seem to find a solution. I have to work around this via Paypal/email.
Any help or advice would be gratefully received,
