PayPal payments not being directed to my store's business email. by Daniel Dray

My store is not launched yet but yesterday I executed a small value PayPal purchase (with my own PayPal account) to see how transactions worked.   When I looked at my PayPal account after the purchase it said that payment had been sent to one of my personal emails (I have two) and not my business email.  I believe this is happening because on my Shopify Checkout & Payments page it says that I have PayPal Express Checkout and then, in parentheses, this personal email is listed.  I need to change that email.   I've looked all over my Shopify account and the only email visible anywhere is my correct business email.  I do know, however, that I initially registered with Shopify using the personal email that I now want to change.   How do I do that?
