Hi Big Pixel, Storeship have developed our fulfilment software to integrate with Shopify using cron jobs etc, our system works by setting up all of our integration from our in house developed software, with a small app within Shopify that makes the changes directly on the database via the api. We pull orders off to be fulfilled every hour via cron job and also sync stock and update fulfilled orders adding tracking numbers etc once order is complete.
