Just took a look at your website. I'm willing to bet that due to your ticket size your funds are being held by Stripe (the provider Shopify Payments uses). This is fairly common with providers like stripe and square. The flat rate programs are generally auto approval so until your first sale nothing is actually looked at by an underwriter. Once they do that's when they pull the available information on your business, credit score, business financials. Most cases they will just put the transaction on hold permanently. You get an email requesting the buyers information and order details, but with Stripe they generally wont release your funds or do anything for quite some time.
