I drop ship from multiple vendors. I've entered these vendors under the Fulfillment variant for each product. I was expecting an email to be sent to them automatically when a customer orders that product. Is there a way to do that?
If not, I noticed that it will email my vendor when I click the Fulfill items button with an option to email my customer at the same time which I don't want to do because it's not fulfilled yet. If I uncheck the box to send an email to my customer, then it appears that there's no way to notify my customer once it has been fulfilled (at least through Shopify).
Please tell me I'm missing something simple!
