Hi
We use sagepay and do a lot of refunds as we are a fashion business with a typical returns rate of 25%.
If the entire order is refunded, this method works ok as we can cancel the order, but with a partial refund it completely screws up any of the shopify reporting tools with regards to net sales reports.
Is there ANY way to keep the great shopify reporting and still operate with Sagepay??
