I agree D&M, although I wouldn't limit the lengthy response times to rhe forums alone. We have experienced simple support requests (critical ones too) that have taken 11+ days to receive feedback on. It's no real surprise. Often times it seems that the 'support' stops (forum and email) when they are posed with issues that are blatant oversights or those that the 'stock' answers (from level 1 & 2) don't remedy mundane issues.
Oh well, huh? Nah... ;)
