Hi Dani,
Even though this specific feature isn't available, there is still a way to do it. I would recommend promoting a monetary discount to cover the shipping costs instead.
For example, if the shipping cost is say, $15, offer a $15 discount for any orders over a specific amount.
You can do so by going under Discounts, then Add a discount at the top right, then setting the amount under Discount type. If you have any questions about how to set a discount, I invite you to visit the following link:

Thanks MC for replying but I did already know how to set this type of discount. Problem is it doesn't show free shipping and even though it is a discount to represent the same thing it isn't actually "Free Shipping" and that doesn't make our customers happy.
Please Shopify look into returning this feature.

I have found a quick fix for the "Other" shipping issue. This isn't pretty but it works for us.
In Settings/Notifications/Shipping confirmation go to the html tab. Save the existing code in notepad (just incase you want to add it back again).
Then change the centre part of the email to the html code below. That deletes the "other" shipping tracking information.

When you fulfil an order you can type ALOT of information in the little tracking number box. Instead of just the tracking number, type something like the following (the first part is obviously your unique tracking number):
34Hb-2093-C398s-Qr4t. You can track your order by entering your tracking number at www.shippingcompany.com/tracking
That will insert itself into your email as an actual hyperlink that your customer can click onto. Depending on your shipping companies website you might be able to insert the tracking number into the web address too.
I hope this helps someone out there while waiting for Shopify to address this issue.

Pricing Structure by Country by mahabis
Hi Guys,
We want to have different pricing by country (not just different currency) and set for UK, US and EU. I gather the best way to do this would be different store fronts - is that right?
If we do have 3 different stores, one for each region - will it still track the same inventory? Is there any way to achieve that?
Anyone who's been through the same thing and can shed light on this will be hugely appreciated.

I'm trying to understand my numbers and to figure out when and why people are leaving my site (I have a 14% add to cart rate, but only 4-5% checkout).
Can someone please explain to me, when the "reached checkout" occurs when using PayPal express?
Is it when they click the "checkout" button or is it after they entered they data on PayPal and get back to my site?
Please answer if you know this.
